유쥬쥬 (대한민국)

유쥬쥬는 인천 태생 신진작가이다. 2006년 건국대학교 공에학과를 졸업하고 2013년 영국 골드스미스 칼리지 미술석사를 받았다. 유주주는 북한의 시나 선전 슬로건을 인용하는 텍스트 예술을 제작한다. 그는 OCI 미술관과 헤이리 논밭 갤러리에서 개인전을 발표했고 다수의 국제 단체전에 참가했다. 유쥬쥬는 2017년 아시안 컬츄럴 카은슬 입주작가상, 2016년 OCI Young Creatives, 2015년 후쿠오타 아시아 아트 뮤지엄 레진더시 등 다수의 수상경력을 가지고 있다.

U Juju (ROK)

U Juju is an emerging artist born in Incheon. She earned a BFA degree in craft arts at Konkuk University and an MFA degree from Goldsmiths College, UK. U uses quotes from North Korean poems or propaganda slogans in her text-based art. U presented solo exhibitions at OCI museum, Nonbat Art Gallery at Heyri Art Valley, Paju, and participated in many international group exhibitions. U is a fellowship grantee of the Asian Cultural Council, OCI Young Creatives, Hukota Asian Art Museum residency and others.
